1. Course Access & Use

Upon registration and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal and professional development purposes.

You agree not to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

3. Login Sharing & Unauthorized Use

Login sharing is strictly prohibited. Each enrollment is for one user only. If we detect account sharing or suspicious activity (e.g., multiple logins from different IP addresses or devices), we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend access pending review.

  • Revoke access permanently without refund.

  • Take legal action to protect our intellectual property, if necessary.

4. Right to Revoke Access

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Harassment or abusive behavior in course-related forums or events.

  • Misrepresentation of course affiliation or use of the content in misleading or unethical ways.

In the event access is revoked, no refunds will be issued.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course has been granted. If you are dissatisfied with the content, please contact us—we value feedback and may offer credit toward future services at our discretion.

6. Community Conduct

If the course includes discussion boards, meetups, or live sessions, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally.

  • Avoid spam, self-promotion, or solicitation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and users who disrupt the learning environment.
